Noosa based wedding professionals have joined together to form the Noosa Wedding Association Inc which was launched in Noosa on July 7th 2009. The professional body is a not-for-profit incorporated association which aims to promote Noosa as a world class wedding destination. Over 70 members joined in the first week with all their web sites listed on www.noosaweddings.org

PWP-QLD Member Rhonette Porter from anoosa.com photography was voted the best Queensland Wedding Photographer 2008 from over 200 Queensland photographer nominations. Fellow PWP-QLD Member JK photography from the Gold Coast placed 2nd at the Australian Bridal Industry Academy Awards dinner in Brisbane in May. Other PWP-QLD member Top Ten finalists included Craig Brockbank from Brock Photography Noosa and Helen McConnell Photography Brisbane.

Rhonette Porter also scored the highest customer satisfaction rating on the night from all 1940 nominations across all wedding industry categories.

The goal of this site is to build credibility for the professional photographers who know how to shoot a wedding. Real photographers: real people.
